  • Physical assessment (20 minutes)
    • Full Functional Movement Screen
    • Bodyweight
    • Bodyfat (BIA and calipers)
    • Resting heart rate
    • Blood pressure

Al La Carte Ad Ons

  • 1 on 1 personal training
  • Online programming
    • No contact, only workout (base)           
    • 2 email exchanges/month, 1) 30 minute video call
    • Unlimited email exchange/month           
  • Increased frequency of office check in to remeasure body metrics
  • Individualized meal plans via an RD 
  • We will have to retain someone, or pay them on a case by case basis, basically contracting them.  I will search out some people I know from school or through others in industry
